不是吗? [bú shì ma?] means "isn't it?", "right?", or "isn't that so?". It is used as a rhetorical question to seek confirmation about something the speaker already believes to be true. 

不是吗 [bú shì ma?] significa "¿no es así?", "¿verdad?" o "¿no?". Se usa como pregunta retórica para buscar confirmación de algo que el hablante cree que es cierto.
